Shipping costs will be 3.5€ EUR. *We only accept shipments with Reimbursement Payment in Peninsular Spain and will have a surcharge of €2.50 EUR regardless of the amount.
  • BALEARIC ISLANDS - SPAIN</strong >: CORREOS EXPRESS - EXPRESS DELIVERY. Delivery may take BETWEEN 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS FREE SHIPPING for orders over €100 EUR. For orders under €100 EUR, shipping costs shipping will be €6.00 EUR.

The orders of SF-URBAN Spain Peninsular and Balearic Islands, Portugal are sent through the transport company CORREOS EXPRESS.

You will receive an SMS on your mobile phone to communicate all the data on your shipment, possible incidents, and a contact phone to arrange an urgent delivery.

The delivery will take place in Spain on 1 or 2 working days, in the Balearic Islands on 2 or 3 working days, provided we have material in stock.

Remember that only the first size change of each order is free. If you need a second change, your expenses will run on your own.

If what you want is a product change, then you must proceed to your return and make a new purchase with the new product.

Sf-urban understands the return of the product or products and its subsequent return of the total amount paid (Distance Rights)

The Customer has 14 natural days from the receipt of the goods to be able to return without indication of the reasons. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must previously inform Sf-Urban by e-mail, send the product/s to return along with the intructions and/or documents, possible accessories attached to the product. Once you have checked the material and if everything is correct (the items will have to be in the same conditions in which they have been received by the customer), the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a period not exceeding 20 calendar days ( amount paid for the products plus shipping costs, if any). We will proceed to refund using the same means of payment used by the customer.

Refund costs when using the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.

Note: Do not return without having previously contacted our customer service.

When we receive the return package, we will refund the amount within 10 days. The refund will be made in the same form of payment you have used in the purchase, that is:
